About Raneisha Mickens

Raneisha uses her dedication, knowledge, and connections to help realistically position people for success in their real estate goals. Whether diligently combing through a multitude of first time home buyer programs, ironing out rent-to-own strategies, or dipping into her own network of licensed MLO professionals for loan assistance, Raneisha has the skill set and connections to make that Beverly Hills dream home a reality.

Raneisha’s insatiable thirst for knowledge found her obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, achieving paralegal certification, and seeking her MLO license. Currently, she continues her law school studies while helping a diversity of clients across the Greater Los Angeles area with their real estate needs. While maintaining a focus on residential transactions, she also has interest in applying her knowledge to helping clients with commercial investments.

When not crafting winning strategies for clients, Raneisha balances life as a single mother to two sons; a 14-year-old with autism and an 8-year-old, not to mention her beloved French bulldog. She is also the proud mother of a 23-year-old son who works as an engineer in Virginia and a 22-year-old daughter studying psychology in Texas. When her schedule allows, she enjoys taking her family out on the water on her boat and breaking out the jet skis.
